Power Automate · low-code
Power Automate gets used for everything; that's why most Power Automate flows are unmaintainable. We treat it as a tool for the cases where it really is the best fit: workflows where your data is already in SharePoint, Outlook, or Dataverse, and the logic has clear branches a non-developer should be able to read.
Recent build: a four-step invoice approval flow for a multi-office law firm, with escalation paths, SLA timers, comments captured at each step, and an audit trail their chartered accountant can actually read.
What's actually included.
Approval flows
Sequential, parallel, conditional, and escalating approvals, all with the right comment capture, deadline reminders, and a 'who's holding this up' view for finance.
Document automation
Word and PDF generation from your data, version-controlled in SharePoint, with e-signature handoff to Adobe Sign or DocuSign.
Scheduled jobs
Daily roll-ups, monthly reports, dunning reminders, expiry alerts, anything that runs on a clock, with retry on transient failure.
Integration flows
Two-way sync between SharePoint and a third-party API, between Outlook and a CRM, or between Dataverse and Tally, with idempotency and dedupe baked in.
Audit trail
Every approval step, every comment, every escalation captured in a Dataverse audit table. Exportable for compliance and readable without a developer.
Maintenance pattern
Flows organized by domain, named with a convention, and documented in a runbook so your next admin or developer doesn't start from zero.
Who this is for
Microsoft 365 organizations whose core workflows (approvals, document generation, scheduled jobs) currently run through email + spreadsheets, with no audit trail. Especially good for finance, legal, ops, and HR teams.
Three stages, no surprises.
Discovery
A 30-minute call to map the workflow that's actually broken. We walk you through what we'd build, what we wouldn't, and a written scope with timeline and milestones.
Weekly sprints
Working prototype by week 2, MVP in staging by week 4–6. Friday demo every week: you see it before it's done, not after. Slack channel + Linear / Jira board you have access to.
Handover + retainer
Go-live with a written playbook, training material per role, and a 30-day office-hours window. Most clients move onto a maintenance retainer for the work that comes after.
