Custom web apps
Sometimes the workflow you need isn't a CRM or an ERP. It's a Section 138 case manager that auto-computes statutory deadlines under the Negotiable Instruments Act. It's a partner-distribution split engine for a 14-product range. It's a court bundle generator that converts 400 PDF pages into a single indexed file in 30 seconds.
We build these as full applications, not as forms-on-top-of-a-SaaS. You own the code, you own the database, you own the schema. Hosted on Vercel, Railway, your AWS, or your VPC. Your call.
What's actually included.
Real engineering, not low-code
Typed APIs, schema-tracked migrations, structured logs, automated tests on critical paths, and a deploy pipeline you can actually inspect.
Modern UI
Tailwind + shadcn-style components, accessible by default, keyboard-navigable, dark-mode ready. The kind of app a 25-year-old joiner will not roll their eyes at.
Domain logic where it belongs
Business rules live in pure functions in the API layer, not buried in stored procedures or no-code formulas you can't test. Easy to extend, easy to audit.
Source code, from day one
Private GitHub repo with your team as collaborators, deploy keys you control, and Notion-style runbooks. We're not the only people who can touch this six months in.
Sensible auth
Microsoft 365 / Google SSO, role-based access, audit log, optional 2FA. We don't ship the same demo auth twice. Every project re-uses a hardened library.
Observability
Structured logs to BetterStack or your provider, error tracking on Sentry, a basic latency dashboard, and email alerts on anything that breaks at 2am.
Who this is for
Companies whose primary workflow is too specific for a generic CRM or ERP: legal practices, distributors with multi-product splits, niche manufacturers, regulated firms with statutory deadlines, internal IT teams who've already failed at one no-code attempt.
Three stages, no surprises.
Discovery
A 30-minute call to map the workflow that's actually broken. We walk you through what we'd build, what we wouldn't, and a written scope with timeline and milestones.
Weekly sprints
Working prototype by week 2, MVP in staging by week 4–6. Friday demo every week: you see it before it's done, not after. Slack channel + Linear / Jira board you have access to.
Handover + retainer
Go-live with a written playbook, training material per role, and a 30-day office-hours window. Most clients move onto a maintenance retainer for the work that comes after.

We'll come back with a plan.
A 30-minute discovery call, free, no deck. We map your workflow, flag what's worth fixing first, and outline a scope with timeline and effort.
