Most business software fails for boring reasons. It's bought to tick a box, rolled out without the people who'll use it, and quietly abandoned by the second quarter when the old spreadsheet comes back. We started KodeBiz to do the opposite: understand how a team actually works first, then turn that manual work into a digital system the team wants to use.
We're deliberately small. A small senior team can hold the whole problem in its head (the edge cases, the integrations, the reason the last system was abandoned) in a way a large vendor with layers between you and the code never can. It also means we say no to work we can't do well, and we'd rather tell you that on the first call than after the project has started.
