Clear engagement models, honest estimates.
We don't publish a fixed price list, because custom software isn't a SKU — but we are completely transparent about how we engage and what drives a quote. Every estimate is given in writing, up front, before any commitment.
Fixed-scope build
A defined system — a CRM, an approval workflow, a case manager — scoped to a written statement of work with a fixed deliverable and timeline. Most builds run four to six weeks, demoed every Friday.
- Written scope and a fixed price agreed before we start
- Working software in your hands by week two
- Weekly Friday demos so you steer as it's built
- Source code and infrastructure handed to you at the end
Monthly retainer
An agreed amount of senior engineering each month — bug fixes, small features, performance and security work — on a sprint plan set at the start of every month. The work that keeps software useful 18 months in.
- A written sprint plan agreed each month, no surprises
- Priority queue for fixes and small features
- Security patches and dependency upkeep included
- Cancel or pause with notice — no long lock-in
Audit & advisory
A fixed-fee, independent review — architecture, security, data handling, deploy pipeline, bus factor — or a short advisory engagement to pressure-test a build-vs-buy decision before you commit budget.
- Markdown report with a prioritised, estimated fix list
- Honest build-vs-buy guidance, even when the answer is 'buy'
- No obligation to engage us for the remediation
- Turnaround in days, not weeks
What goes into a quote
On the discovery call we map your process, then give you a written estimate. A handful of things move the number more than anything else:
- How much is genuinely custom versus configuration of tools you already own
- The number of integrations and how well-documented those systems are
- Data migration volume and how clean the source data is
- Compliance and audit requirements (GST, statutory deadlines, access control)
- Whether you want a one-off build or an ongoing retainer afterwards
A 30-minute discovery call, a written scope, and an indicative estimate are always free and carry no obligation. A project becomes a commitment only once both sides sign a written statement of work.
