KodeBiz is a software studio that builds CRM, ERP, HRMS, custom web applications, mobile apps, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit kodebiz.com or contact us, and how we handle it.

We only collect what you choose to share with us:

• Contact form & booking form: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and the message or meeting agenda you send.
• Email correspondence: anything you write to us at our email addresses.
• Analytics: anonymous traffic data (pages viewed, referring source, approximate region, browser/device) collected via Google Analytics 4. We do not use this data to identify individuals.

We do not run advertising trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or session replay on this site.

Your information is used to:

• Reply to your enquiry and schedule a discovery call.
• Send the meeting invite, scope document, or proposal you have asked for.
• Follow up on an active engagement we are delivering for you.
• Understand which pages of the site are useful (aggregate).

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list without an explicit opt-in.

We use a small number of cookies for analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies at any time, and the site continues to work without them.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation, project, or warranty period is active, and then for a reasonable archival period consistent with normal business records. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics defaults.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm what information we hold about you.
• Correct or update it.
• Delete it, where we are not legally required to keep it.
• Stop using it for any optional purpose.

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Email credentials and API keys live in encrypted environment storage and are never exposed in the browser. That said, no system on the public internet is perfectly secure. Please don't send us passwords, payment card data, or other sensitive information through the contact form.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
