Document automation

Most companies generate the same 5–10 document types every month: invoices, statements of work, NDAs, MOMs, legal notices, statement files. Each one takes a junior 20–40 minutes to draft, mostly copy-paste from the last one, mostly with at least one typo nobody notices till the client does.

We replace that with templated generation. The data already lives in your CRM, ERP, or matter management system. The template lives in SharePoint or Git. The output drops into the right folder, signed, and version-controlled, in under a minute.

Inside the build

What's actually included.

Word + PDF generation

Template-driven DOCX with merge fields, conditional sections, and looped tables. PDF rendering preserves typography, page breaks, and signature blocks.

Excel generation

Multi-sheet Excel exports for account statements, GSTR returns, payroll registers, with formulas, conditional formatting, and frozen panes intact.

Version control

Generated documents drop into SharePoint or S3 with versioning, so v1 of the SOW is preserved even after v4 has been signed.

E-signature integration

Sent for signature via Adobe Sign or DocuSign in the same flow. Signed copy returns to the source folder. Reminders auto-fire after a configurable delay.

Template library

Centralized template library editable by your operations or legal team, without a developer in the loop. Versioned, with an approval flow on changes.

Bulk generation

Generate 200 statements or 50 notices in one batch, packaged as a zip or merged PDF, ready to send.

Who this is for

Law firms, accounting firms, distributors with channel statements, EdTech with batch certificates, real estate with sale deeds, and anyone generating the same templated documents at volume.

How we work

Three stages, no surprises.

01

Discovery

A 30-minute call to map the workflow that's actually broken. We walk you through what we'd build, what we wouldn't, and a written scope with timeline and milestones.

02

Weekly sprints

Working prototype by week 2, MVP in staging by week 4–6. Friday demo every week: you see it before it's done, not after. Slack channel + Linear / Jira board you have access to.

03

Handover + retainer

Go-live with a written playbook, training material per role, and a 30-day office-hours window. Most clients move onto a maintenance retainer for the work that comes after.
