An ERP doesn't have to be the 18-month, change-freeze, board-meeting project everyone has nightmares about. We build them module by module, starting with the workflow that's actually broken today, not the master data model that might be useful in three quarters.
Most engagements start the same way: inventory reconciliation that doesn't tie, a GST invoice that took an accountant 40 minutes, or a purchase order approval flow that lives in WhatsApp. We pick one and ship it in 4–6 weeks. The next module starts the week the first one goes live.
What's actually included.
Inventory + warehousing
Multi-location stock, batch and serial tracking, reorder points, cycle-count reconciliation, and a stock-ageing report that explains the variance between physical and book stock.
Purchase + procurement
Indents, RFQ, vendor scoring, PO approval chains, GRN with QC routing, and three-way matching against the invoice before payment goes out.
Accounting + GST
Double-entry ledger, GST-ready invoices and credit notes, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B exports, TDS deduction at source, and a reconciliation view that ties to Tally when needed.
Manufacturing (light)
BOMs, work orders, routing, WIP tracking, and consumption posting. Not a replacement for SAP at a 500-crore plant, but a fit for SMBs with one or two factories.
HR + payroll
Employee master, attendance integration, leave engine, payroll heads with PF/PT/TDS, payslip generation, and Form 16 prep. Self-service portal for the rest.
Reports + finance close
Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, ageing reports, sales registers, and a finance close checklist that owners can sign off on monthly without an Excel marathon.
Who this is for
Distributors, manufacturers, and trading houses doing ₹5–500 cr revenue who have outgrown Tally or off-the-shelf accounting tools but are not big enough to need SAP B1. Especially good when you already have a Tally instance and want to keep it as the system of record for one part of the business while we modernize the rest.

Go-live with a written playbook, training material per role, and a 30-day office-hours window. Most clients move onto a maintenance retainer for the work that comes after.
