Software for manufacturers who have outgrown Tally and Excel.
Production, dispatch, receivables, and statutory deadlines usually live in four different places. We build the one system that holds them together, and you own the source code at the end.
A manufacturing business rarely fails on the shop floor. It fails in the gap between the shop floor and the office: a dispatch nobody invoiced, a cheque that bounced three weeks ago and is still sitting in a drawer, a price list two people maintain differently. Off-the-shelf ERP asks you to change how you work to suit the software. We build the software around the process you already run.
We have shipped two production systems into a mid-size manufacturing distributor: a Section 138 cheque recovery engine with auto-computed statutory deadlines, and a sales pipeline CRM that replaced a shared Excel register. Both went live inside six weeks. Both are still running.
What usually breaks first.
Tally holds the truth and nobody can query it
Accounts is accurate and completely inaccessible. Sales asks for an outstanding figure and waits two days for a screenshot.
Receivables live in a physical drawer
Bounced cheques, legal notices, and the statutory windows under the Negotiable Instruments Act sit in a paper file. Miss the 30-day window once and the claim is gone.
Dispatch and invoicing drift apart
Material leaves the gate on Friday, the invoice is raised the following Wednesday, and the reconciliation happens at month end when nobody remembers the detail.
Every branch prices differently
Dealer and distributor slabs live in three spreadsheets. Rate exceptions get approved on WhatsApp, so there is no record when a customer disputes it.
Approvals happen verbally
Credit limits, purchase orders, and discount exceptions are cleared in a corridor conversation. When something goes wrong there is no trail to review.
What we build for manufacturing.
ERP modules that match your process
We fix the module that is actually broken first, ship it, then extend. No eighteen-month big-bang rollout.
Sales CRM with dealer and distributor pipelines
Stages named the way your team names them, weighted forecasts, and an audit log good enough for a board pack.
Credit, PO, and rate-exception approvals
Multi-step approvals on Power Automate with escalation, delegation, and a permanent record of who approved what.
Tally and SAP B1 integration layer
Your book of record stays where it is. We build the layer that makes it readable and actionable everywhere else.
Document automation
Invoices, legal notices, dispatch paperwork, and rate letters generated from live data instead of retyped from a template.
Field apps for sales and dispatch
React Native apps that work on a patchy connection at a site visit and sync when they get signal.
Software we already shipped into this sector.
Section 138 case management, on a deadline engine.
Bounced-cheque recovery for a manufacturing distributor. Statutory windows computed from the return date, escalated before they close, logged for board review.
Sales pipeline CRM for a multi-product distributor.
A six-person shared Excel register replaced with six configurable stages, dual SSO, architect and contractor contact graphs, and a field-level audit history.
Typical stack & integrations
Straight answers.
Will this replace our Tally?
No. Tally stays your book of record. We build the layer on top so sales, dispatch, and management can read and act on that data without waiting for accounts, and we sync both ways where it makes sense.
How long does a manufacturing build take?
A focused first system is typically four to six weeks from kickoff to production, demoed every Friday so you steer it as it is built. Larger multi-module ERP work runs longer and gets broken into phases that each ship on their own.
Do we own the software at the end?
Yes. Source code, database, and infrastructure are handed to you. There is no per-seat licence holding your own data hostage.
Can you handle statutory deadlines like Section 138?
We have already built it. The system computes each statutory window from the date the cheque was returned, escalates before the window closes, and keeps an audit log that stands up in a board review. It has run for fourteen months with no missed deadline.
