Migration services
The migration is where most rollouts quietly fail, not because the new system is bad, but because the old data was dirty in ways nobody documented. Blank email fields. Duplicate phone numbers entered three different ways. Invoices with zero values. Foreign keys pointing at deleted records.
We migrate in four passes: sample, validation, rehearsal, go-live. Each pass surfaces a new layer of data weirdness. By the time go-live runs, the surprises are gone.
What's actually included.
Source assessment
First-day walkthrough of the source system to identify the worst data hotspots, usually contacts, addresses, and old invoice records.
Sample migration
First 5% of records pulled, transformed, loaded. Visible in the new system end-of-week-one, early enough for your team to catch field mapping mistakes.
Validation pass
Full data pulled, QA scripts run for duplicates, blanks, formatting issues, broken references. Outputs a 'fix-list' for the source team or a defaults policy for the import.
Rehearsal cutover
Full cutover dry-run, usually a weekend before go-live, against a staging environment. Reveals the operational issues: login flow, exports, integration triggers.
Go-live cutover
Final cutover with a written playbook, named owners per step, rollback procedure, and a 'go/no-go' checkpoint at each stage. Usually a Saturday morning.
Post-cutover reconciliation
Side-by-side count and value reconciliation between source and new system, with sign-off from finance before old system is decommissioned.
Who this is for
Any team replacing an existing system where data continuity matters: moving off a legacy CRM, replacing Tally, retiring a shared-Excel register, consolidating multiple branch systems. Especially good when nobody currently 'owns' the data quality.
Three stages, no surprises.
Discovery
A 30-minute call to map the workflow that's actually broken. We walk you through what we'd build, what we wouldn't, and a written scope with timeline and milestones.
Weekly sprints
Working prototype by week 2, MVP in staging by week 4–6. Friday demo every week: you see it before it's done, not after. Slack channel + Linear / Jira board you have access to.
Handover + retainer
Go-live with a written playbook, training material per role, and a 30-day office-hours window. Most clients move onto a maintenance retainer for the work that comes after.

We'll come back with a plan.
A 30-minute discovery call, free, no deck. We map your workflow, flag what's worth fixing first, and outline a scope with timeline and effort.
