CRM development
Most CRM rollouts fail in the second quarter, when the shared spreadsheet quietly comes back. We design the opposite of that. The pipeline matches the way your sales team actually talks about deals (by stage, by sector, by the contact who owns the relationship) and the audit log is good enough that nobody has to hunt for what changed on Tuesday.
We've shipped this build twice for B2B distributors. Both replaced a six-person shared-Excel register where the loudest rep kept the cleanest tab. After go-live, the spreadsheet stays closed because the CRM is genuinely faster.
What's actually included.
Configurable pipeline stages
Stages, sub-stages, win-probability per stage, required fields per stage. Re-configure without a deploy when your sales process evolves.
Contact graph
Decision-makers, influencers, architects, channel partners, end-users, all modelled as a graph, not a flat contact list. The same person can have different roles on different deals.
Weighted forecasting
Pipeline value rolled up by stage probability, not by reps' optimism. Slice by region, product line, owner, or any tag you add.
Audit history
Every stage move, every value change, every assignment, captured with who, when, and (optionally) why. The same log that auditors and CFOs ask for.
Microsoft 365 SSO
Sign-in via your existing Microsoft 365 tenant. Access controlled by AD groups, conditional access respected, no separate password to remember and no separate access list to maintain.
Import + clean-up
Excel and legacy-CRM imports with a validation pass that flags duplicates, dead emails, and contacts without an owner before they pollute the new system.
Who this is for
Distributors, manufacturers, B2B services, and channel-led businesses where the current 'CRM' is a shared Excel, a half-used SaaS subscription, or a system that was set up two years ago and nobody adopted. Best when you have 3–25 sales reps and a real pipeline of 50–500 active deals.
Three stages, no surprises.
Discovery
A 30-minute call to map the workflow that's actually broken. We walk you through what we'd build, what we wouldn't, and a written scope with timeline and milestones.
Weekly sprints
Working prototype by week 2, MVP in staging by week 4–6. Friday demo every week: you see it before it's done, not after. Slack channel + Linear / Jira board you have access to.
Handover + retainer
Go-live with a written playbook, training material per role, and a 30-day office-hours window. Most clients move onto a maintenance retainer for the work that comes after.

We'll come back with a plan.
A 30-minute discovery call, free, no deck. We map your workflow, flag what's worth fixing first, and outline a scope with timeline and effort.
